Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As each vintage piece is one-of-a-kind, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time 💖 Thank you for your understanding. However, we do allow exchanges.

14-Day Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange. Items can be exchanged for another item (s) of equal or higher value. Exchanges are subject to availability. Customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping to and from, in case of an exchange. 

Eligible Items

To be eligible for an exchange items must be:

• Unworn 
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging

Please note: Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we carefully inspect all returns.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate a return, please contact us at darinavibrance@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for exchange

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

Return Address: Ippokratous 101, 114 72 Athens, Greece

If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for paying the return cost for the shipping courier. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at darinavibrance@gmail.com with photos. We will get back to you about eligibility of a refund.
