You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, without giving any reason, as mandated by EU consumer protection law. To initiate a return, please contact us within this 14-day window to request your refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund.

To be eligible for a refund items must be:

Unworn
In their original condition with all tags attached
Returned in the original packaging

Please note: Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we carefully inspect all returns.

To return your order - please fill in the return form below this FAQ. In the form please provide:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return (not mandatory, but helps us be better!)

Afterwards, we will send you an email with instructions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to issue a partial or no refund if the returned item(s):

Have been worn
Not in their original condition with all tags attached (unless no tag was attached when shipped)
Not returned in the original packaging
